Job Responsibility

Restocking service stations
Clearing dishes from side stations
Cleaning and stocking back of house service stations
Providing assistance to the service team in a timely manner
Clear dirty dishes, silverware and glassware from each breakdown station
Clean and reset tables
Stock service set-up stations with glassware, silverware, linen, beverages, ice and other essentials
Clean service stations as needed
Brew coffee and tea before and during service
Check in daily orders, maintain pars and check for expired product- FIFO when restocking product

Job Responsibility
