Requirements

Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
Positive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds and be on your feet for extended periods
Availability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Responsibility

Greet guests promptly with a warm and welcoming attitude
Present menus, explain daily specials, and assist guests with menu selections
Take and accurately convey food and beverage orders to the kitchen and bar staff
Serve food and beverages, ensuring presentation and temperature meet our high standards
Monitor tables to anticipate guest needs and provide timely service
Address any guest inquiries, complaints, or requests with professionalism and efficiency
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service and guest satisfaction
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables and restocking supplies
Comply with all safety and sanitation regulations and procedures
Participate in training programs and team meetings to enhance service skills and knowledge

Job Responsibility

Set up work areas and perform assigned side work duties outlined in the training manual and any other additional work as told by the manager on duty
Help in expediting food from the kitchen making sure what is on the ticket matches what is on the tray and garnishes and sauces are on the plate
Serving the meal making sure that all plates are in front of the correct person
Help in performing table maintenance during the meals (i.e. replenishing waters, clearing plates, clearing trash on tables)
Performs proper clean-up and closing duties as assigned by the closing manager along with what is required in the training manual
