Job Description:

This job involves assisting guests with reservations and engaging them in conversations about their stay and property services while maintaining professional standards. The role is part of Marriott International at The Tampa EDITION, ensuring high-quality service delivery in a luxury hospitality setting.

Job Responsibility:

Assist other departments to ensure optimum service
Maintain cleanliness of work areas using clean-as-you-go procedures
Engage with guests regarding services and local attractions
Follow safety and security policies, and report unsafe conditions
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Assist individuals with disabilities
Develop and maintain positive relationships with employees
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
Adherence to safety and company policies.
