Job Description:

Piccolo Morini is the latest concept from Altamarea Group — the team behind Marea, Ai Fiori, and 53 — bringing a fresh, high-energy take on Italian dining to SoHo. Centered around handcrafted pasta and Italian small plates, the restaurant reflects a balance of tradition, technique, and a vibrant guest experience. We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to support daily front-of-house operations and help lead a strong, service-driven team. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support and oversee daily FOH operations during service
  • Lead, train, and develop team members to uphold service standards
  • Ensure a consistent, high-level guest experience
  • Manage floor operations, staffing, and shift execution
  • Partner with culinary leadership to ensure smooth service flow
  • Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of experience in a management role
  • Background in high-volume, quality-driven restaurants
  • Strong leadership presence and communication skills
  • Ability to stay organized and composed during service
  • Passion for hospitality and guest experience
