We are seeking a Restaurant Manager to support daily front-of-house operations and help lead a strong, service-driven team. Job Responsibility:
Support and oversee daily FOH operations during service
Lead, train, and develop team members to uphold service standards
Ensure a consistent, high-level guest experience
Manage floor operations, staffing, and shift execution
Partner with culinary leadership to ensure smooth service flow
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
Requirements:
2–4 years of experience in a management role
Background in high-volume, quality-driven restaurants
Strong leadership presence and communication skills
Ability to stay organized and composed during service
