Requirements

  • Proven Restaurant Manager experience within a luxury hotel, private members' club or premium hospitality brand
  • A passion for coaching, developing and inspiring high-performing teams
  • Strong operational expertise and experience managing busy service periods while maintaining impeccable standards
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • The ability to lead with energy, positivity and professionalism under pressure
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach, with the confidence to take ownership and drive improvements
  • A genuine passion for hospitality, with exceptional attention to detail and guest experience
