The Restaurant Manager is a key leader with The Pyrmont’s F&B team, responsible for the daily operation, service excellence, and guest satisfaction of one of the resort’s dining venues. This role ensures that the restaurant delivers a distinctive, seamless, and elevated dining experience aligned with The Pyrmont’s identity as an all-inclusive, adult-sonly Autograph Collection property. The Restaurant Manager leads the front-of-house team and helps bring the restaurant concepts, story and personality to life. This role leads, trains, and inspires the restaurant team to deliver warm, intuitive, and engaging service, while maintaining the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and financial performance. This role is hands-on, guest-facing, and essential in shaping the culture and success of the restaurant.
Job Responsibility:
Responsible for the daily operation, service excellence, and guest satisfaction of one of the resort’s dining venues
Ensures the restaurant delivers a distinctive, seamless, and elevated dining experience
Leads the front-of-house team and helps bring the restaurant concepts, story and personality to life
Leads, trains, and inspires the restaurant team to deliver warm, intuitive, and engaging service
Maintains the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and financial performance
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred
Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in restaurant or food & beverage leadership, ideally within a luxury or upscale hotel or resort environment
Experience with all-inclusive or multi-venue F&B operations is an asset
Proven ability to oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellence in service, quality, and guest satisfaction
Strong understanding of food & beverage service standards, menu knowledge, food safety, and hygiene compliance
Demonstrated skill in budgeting, cost control, and achieving financial targets while maintaining premium service levels
Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop diverse teams
Experience in managing guest feedback and implementing strategies to enhance service performance
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Passionate about hospitality, delivering memorable guest experiences, and representing The Pyrmont Curaçao’s culture of excellence
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
Nice to have:
Dutch, Spanish and Papiamentu are an advantage
