Join our Food & Beverage – TEAM in this pivotal role, where you'll deliver outstanding Guest Services and ensure the seamless operation of our services. As a Restaurant Manager, you will coordinate and inspire our outlet staff to deliver exceptional products and outstanding service to our restaurant customers.
Job Responsibility:
Deliver exceptional customer service by setting a positive example, promptly addressing guest requests, concerns, and complaints to ensure overall satisfaction
Foster strong working relationships within Food & Beverage and other hotel departments
Move throughout facility and kitchen areas to visually monitor and take action to ensure food quality and service standards are met
Evaluate cost effectiveness of all aspects of operation. Develop and implement cost saving and profit enhancing measures
Interview, hire, and train in the procedures and techniques of Food & Beverage for the efficient operation of the outlet
Ensure proper cleanliness, use, repair of all F&B equipment and closet/storage areas
Requirements:
High school diploma or its equivalent
3-years' experience in food & beverage, culinary, event management or related professional area preferred
Alcohol Beverage Servers Certification required
Food Handlers Certification required
OSHA certification or equivalent knowledge of OSHA regulations
Basic mathematical skills to prepare financial reporting
A strong background in restaurant openings, and proven creative leadership
