As Restaurant Manager, you’ll be at the centre of our lodge dining experience—leading daily operations, shaping service culture, and creating seamless connections between the kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams. Your role is crucial in building guest relationships, upholding our service ethos, and ensuring every detail reflects Flockhill’s values of Refined Service, Refined Adventure, and Refined Wellness.
Job Responsibility:
Help to oversee daily restaurant operations including staffing, reservations, and service flow
Lead service on the floor with elegance and professionalism, ensuring an exceptional guest experience
Build and maintain strong guest relationships, handling queries or complaints with care
Assist in monitoring financial performance, including food and beverage costs, reporting, and inventory control
Recruit, train, and coach front-of-house staff to deliver luxury service standards
Ensure compliance with liquor licensing, health, and safety regulations
Collaborate with the Executive Chef, Food & Beverage Manager, and Bar team to align service and guest expectations
Uphold Flockhill’s ethos of refined, authentic, and story-driven hospitality
Requirements:
5+ years’ experience in luxury dining or hospitality, including at least 2 years in a management role
Strong knowledge of fine dining service, wine, cocktails, and bar operations
Proven leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Calm, professional problem-solving abilities under pressure
Intermediate computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook
RMS experience preferred)
A proactive, hands-on approach with flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak seasons
A passion for delivering refined guest experiences and building a culture of excellence
