Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a Company operated Restaurant. The Restaurant Manager (RM) has full responsibility for the business including people, operations, and financial metrics. This position reports directly to the Restaurant District Manager.

Job Responsibility:

Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
Provide excellent guest service
Recruit, interview, select, and hire team members
Maintain a clean restaurant environment
Establish and maintain production management system
Ensure food items are prepared and served in accordance with regulations
Supervise and coach team members
Ensure team members are properly trained
Cascade relevant information and maintain communication board
Implement new Brand campaigns and conduct new product training
Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards are met
Monitor and ensure accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
Communicate with Restaurant District Manager
Complete daily, weekly, and period paperwork
Guarantee a safe environment for team members and guests
Conduct team member check-ins and provide feedback
Implement progressive discipline
Train Restaurant Assistant Manager

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years restaurant management experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid state Driver’s License required
Serv Safe© Manager certification preferred
Open availability required

Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead
