Job Description:

Restaurant Manager position at Sheraton Grand Mirage Resort Gold Coast. Supervises daily restaurant operations including Restaurants/Bars and Room Service. Responsible for improving guest and employee satisfaction while maximizing financial performance. Manages employees, maintains service standards, and ensures compliance with policies and regulations.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise daily restaurant operations
Assist with menu planning
Maintain sanitation standards
Assist servers and hosts during peak meal periods
Manage employees and day-to-day operations
Review staffing levels
Lead food and beverage team
Ensure compliance with food & beverage policies and standards
Ensure exceptional customer service
Handle guest problems and complaints
Manage human resource activities
Oversee financial aspects including purchasing and payment of invoices

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
