At White Rabbit Projects, we create bold, people-led hospitality experiences that bring together outstanding food, stylish settings, and polished service. 18, located within the Rusacks St Andrews hotel, is a modern Scottish restaurant and rooftop bar with breathtaking views over the Old Course and West Sands. We’re now looking for a confident, hands-on Restaurant Manager to lead the front-of-house team and deliver exceptional guest experiences in this iconic venue.
Job Responsibility:
Leading the day-to-day operations of 18 restaurant and rooftop bar
Managing, motivating, and developing the front-of-house team
Driving high standards of guest service and ensuring brand consistency
Overseeing reservations, guest relations, and smooth service execution
Working closely with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless experiences
Monitoring budgets, labour, and KPIs to support commercial success
Recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members
Handling guest feedback with professionalism and care
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or strong Assistant Manager in a quality-led environment
Strong leadership and organisational skills with a hands-on approach
Excellent communication and people management abilities
Commercial awareness and confidence working with budgets and KPIs
A genuine passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
