Job Description:

Position involves supervising daily restaurant operations, menu planning, service quality assurance, handling guest and employee satisfaction, and leading a food and beverage team at the Four Points by Sheraton in Balikpapan, Indonesia.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing day-to-day operations
  • Staffing and service quality assurance
  • Ensuring compliance with food and beverage policies and laws
  • Training and mentoring staff
  • Handling guest complaints
  • Supervising employees on the floor

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
  • 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area

Nice to have:

  • Coaching and mentoring skills
  • Knowledge of local laws for liquor service
  • Conflict resolution abilities
