Job Description:

The Restaurant Manager role at Sheraton Petaling Jaya Hotel involves supervising restaurant operations, maintaining standards, ensuring exceptional guest service, and providing leadership to the food and beverage team. The position requires previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality management, with a commitment to improving customer satisfaction and employee productivity.

Job Responsibility:

Supervises daily restaurant operations
assists with menu planning
maintains sanitation standards
assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods
strives to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction
maximizes financial performance in areas of responsibility
determines training needs and implements plans
ensures compliance with food and beverage policies, standards, and procedures
encourages and builds mutual trust and respect among team members
ensures exceptional customer service
handles guest complaints and feedback

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED
4 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
2-year degree from an accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major
2 years experience in the food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
