We are seeking a dynamic and experienced FOH leader to join our Miami team as a Restaurant Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to co-manage operations at a high-end, casual dining concept known for its exceptional cocktails and cuisine.
Job Responsibility:
Direct and coordinate daily service to ensure smooth FOH operations and optimal table turnover
Monitor and maintain consistent service quality, ambiance, and cleanliness standards
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a high end, full-service, dining environment
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate, guide, and mentor a diverse team
Strong operational knowledge, including service flow, inventory, and cost control
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Direct and coordinate daily service to ensure smooth FOH operations and optimal table turnover
Must have mid-to-large size (200+ seat) restaurant management experience
Proficient in POS systems and restaurant accounting practices
Exceptional communicator and ability to confidently converse with up to 250+ customers a night
ServSafe certified or similar food safety certificate from a recognized company
