We are seeking a highly dedicated and service‑driven Restaurant Manager to lead a fast‑paced, high‑volume, three‑meal‑period restaurant. This role requires a passionate hospitality professional who consistently delivers exceptional guest experiences while fostering an engaging, supportive, and high‑performing team culture.
Job Responsibility:
Lead a dynamic restaurant environment encompassing the dining room, bar, retail elements, wine program, and local community‑driven events
Maintain a visible presence across all service periods, ensuring thoughtful, attentive, and consistent hospitality aligned with Four Seasons standards
Ensure operational systems, cultural pillars, and core service standards are upheld and aligned with long‑term strategic goals
Promote positive guest relations and handle concerns, special requests, or challenges with grace and professionalism
Support a seamless service experience through strong communication within the department and with other hotel teams
Partner closely with the Guest Experience and PR teams to elevate the restaurant’s profile and foster guest loyalty
Lead, train, mentor, and inspire a talented and diverse team across service, kitchen, and bar operations
Foster a workplace culture where employees can connect, grow, and feel empowered
Actively participate in hiring, onboarding, and retaining top talent
Drive financial performance by managing labor, cost control, budgeting, scheduling, purchasing, and inventory
Analyze performance metrics and implement smart, timely corrective actions when needed
Collaborate with the culinary and bar teams on menu design, product quality, and cost‑effective decision‑making
Position the restaurant as a vibrant and relevant destination within the local community
Generate creative ideas to strengthen social media visibility and local engagement
Requirements:
must be a dynamic restaurant entrepreneur, or in fact a Restaurant Manager for the restaurant
must have thorough food and beverage knowledge with a special focus on customer satisfaction and real passion for service
must have the ability and passion in positioning the business within the influential local community as a place to be and feel good
must have a creative approach to the business to ensure a stable long term success, not only volume but also profitability
must have a business mind with ability to manage a financial statement
must be resourceful and creative in generating social media connectivity
must be positively self motivated and outgoing
must have at least 5 years of previous employment in a related position managing multiple facets of the operation
must have an excellent knowledge of English
Nice to have:
sommelier and bar knowledge is a plus
Hungarian or any other European language is a plus
a college degree is preferred
