Requirements:

Support the General Manager in recruitment, induction, and onboarding of new team members
Demonstrate leadership with a hands-on approach and effective communication
Engage and motivate team through pre-shift briefs
Drive high individual performance through regular one-to-ones and coaching
Have an eye for detail, high standards, and ability to thrive in a high volume, fast paced environment
Show passion for the brand and ensure team knowledge
Manage labour and cost margins effectively
Drive sales and revenue using guest feedback
Champion change and implement with team
