Job Description:

Restaurant Manager is responsible for managing LIMA Shoreditch restaurant, overseeing events at the hotel and day-to-day food and beverage operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. The role requires strong leadership, hands-on service management and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Managing LIMA Shoreditch restaurant
  • Overseeing events at the hotel
  • Overseeing day-to-day food and beverage operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards
  • Ensuring standards are maintained, complying with company and legal requirements
  • Be fully aware of the day’s operations, reporting directly to the General Manager
  • Communicate effectively all departments ensuring every guest receives the warmest welcome and a smooth guest journey
  • Participating to LIMA London monthly or quarterly meetings with Owners to ensure they are satisfied with services, food quality and standards
  • Proactively manage guest feedback, empowering the team to handle both positive and negative comments effectively
  • Recruit, train, supervise, develop, and evaluate team members in line with Sun Street policies and procedures
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and work with the LIMA London team and Sun Street on food and beverage promotions
  • Ensuring a presence on the floor to guests and colleagues always
  • Ensure an excellent last impression for every one of our guests

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar position for a Hotel or Restaurant
  • Proven experience of working in a luxury environment
  • Experience in leading a restaurant team or working in a similar Food & Beverage department
  • Flair and passion for delivering excellent guest experiences
  • Ability to motivate, inspire colleagues and engage with the team
  • Eye for detail and ability to prioritise with a positive demeanour
