Job Responsibility:

Train, and motivate a high-performing team
Ensure top-tier service and food quality
Maintain inventory, scheduling, and cost controls
Create a fun, safe, and welcoming environment for staff and guests

Requirements:

2+ years of management experience or equivalent (restaurant or fast-casual preferred)
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to stay cool under pressure
