Job Description:

Manages all functions of the restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability. Responsible for leading the team to successful execution of fast, accurate food and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift.

Job Responsibility:

Manages all functions of the restaurant to ensure customer service and high-quality products are delivered to ensure restaurant profitability
Responsible for leading the team to successful execution of fast, accurate food and world-class customer service while maintaining a clean, organized shift
Perform all duties of Inshoppers
Manages a staff of approximately 12 to 18 employees
Assigns, oversees and evaluates work
Recommends promotion, transfer, or termination of employees based on performance
Provides on-the-job training for new employees
Money handling, trips to the bank

Requirements:

Entry Level (1-2 years) experience
Spanish language proficiency at ADVANCED level
English language proficiency at ADVANCED level
