The 25hours Hotel Indre By has its home in the middle of the Scandinavian metropolis. Art and knowledge are at the forefront in an exciting combination, as the hotel housed a porcelain factory in the 19th century and was later used as a university building. The hotel is centrally located between the Round Tower and the Kobmagergade shopping street. We encourage new ideas and creativity to be actively involved in developing our hotel. Job Responsibility

You’ll take care of resource planning, lead the team and support your colleagues in their personal and professional development
You’ll make sure that our guests aren’t just well-fed, but also happy and delighted
You’ll take responsibility for the budget, ensure correct billing and smooth administrative procedures
Together with our external concept partner, you’ll help develop the restaurant as a business and drive it forward in an entrepreneurial way
You’ll be in charge of the service and administration of the restaurant - being present during the busy days and evenings to guide and inspire your team on the floor
Together with the Banquet Service Coordinator, you’ll ensure smooth and memorable events and functions, providing guidance and support throughout
You’ll support your colleagues with a winning smile whenever, once again, all the guests pile in and order at the same time - and still keep your head above water when plans suddenly change

Requirements

You have gained first management experience in a similar function and speak fluent English
You can inspire your colleagues as well as your guests. You also have routine in service organization and are skilled in creating duty rosters
You are enthusiastic about good food and drinks and like to discover new concepts
You are a doer - and openly admit when you have done something wrong
You bring not only your skills, but also your character to the table
