Job Responsibility:
Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and private dining
Coaching, developing, and inspiring a front-of-house team to consistently deliver outstanding service
Driving covers, revenue, and guest satisfaction through strong floor presence and hands-on leadership
Managing rotas, labour costs, and scheduling in line with business targets
Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships in partnership with the kitchen team
Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements at all times
Working closely with the Hotel General Manager and wider leadership team on F&B strategy
Monitoring and acting on guest feedback to continuously improve service standards
Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management within your team
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior Assistant Manager in a quality, high-volume environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and an instinct for exceptional guest experience
Strong people leadership skills, you build great teams and get the best from people
Commercial awareness and the ability to manage costs, labour, and revenue performance
Experience with scheduling and operations systems (Fourth experience advantageous)
Calm under pressure with the ability to problem-solve quickly on a busy floor
Excellent communication skills across all levels, guests, team, and senior stakeholders
Right to Work in the United Kingdom
