Job Responsibility:

  • Leading all day-to-day restaurant operations, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and private dining
  • Coaching, developing, and inspiring a front-of-house team to consistently deliver outstanding service
  • Driving covers, revenue, and guest satisfaction through strong floor presence and hands-on leadership
  • Managing rotas, labour costs, and scheduling in line with business targets
  • Overseeing stock control, ordering, and supplier relationships in partnership with the kitchen team
  • Ensuring full compliance with health, safety, and licensing requirements at all times
  • Working closely with the Hotel General Manager and wider leadership team on F&B strategy
  • Monitoring and acting on guest feedback to continuously improve service standards
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and performance management within your team

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or senior Assistant Manager in a quality, high-volume environment
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and an instinct for exceptional guest experience
  • Strong people leadership skills, you build great teams and get the best from people
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to manage costs, labour, and revenue performance
  • Experience with scheduling and operations systems (Fourth experience advantageous)
  • Calm under pressure with the ability to problem-solve quickly on a busy floor
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels, guests, team, and senior stakeholders
  • Right to Work in the United Kingdom
