Job Description:

Restaurant Manager for All Day Dining at W Macau - Studio City. Responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, maintaining service and sanitation standards, improving guest and employee satisfaction, and maximizing financial performance. Manages employees, ensures compliance with policies and regulations, provides exceptional customer service, and oversees departmental goals.

Job Responsibility:

Supervises daily restaurant operations
Assists with menu planning
Maintains sanitation standards
Assists servers and hosts on the floor during peak meal periods
Improves guest and employee satisfaction
Maximizes financial performance in areas of responsibility
Determines training needs and implements plan
Manages day-to-day operations
Reviews staffing levels
Leads food and beverage team
Ensures exceptional customer service
Handles guest problems and complaints
Manages and conducts human resource activities
Oversees financial aspects including purchasing and payment of invoices

Requirements:

4 years managerial experience in the hotel food and beverage professional area
Supervises and manages employees
Maintains service and sanitation standards in restaurant, bar/lounge and room service areas
Utilizes interpersonal and communication skills to lead, influence, and encourage others
Ensures compliance with all food & beverage policies, standards and procedures
Ensures compliance with food handling and sanitation standards
Ensures staff understands local, state and Federal liquor laws
Identifies the developmental needs of others and coaches, mentors, or otherwise helps others to improve their knowledge or skills
