Interlachen Country Club is seeking a Restaurant Manager. This role is a key member of Interlachen's leadership team, assisting with the on-the-floor operations of a la carte dining at the Club. The Restaurant Manager reports to our Assistant Director of Restaurants and works closely with our fellow restaurant team to create an exceptional member experience. They supervise the restaurant dining experience across our restaurants and provide support to our front-of-house team members. This position will flex across all three of our dining outlets: Bobby Jones Pub & Grille, The Lodge, and Founders Cafe & Turn Bar.

Plan, implement, and maintain processes to enhance the member and team experience
Support the service team with set up, execution, and breakdown of daily member experiences in member dining outlets and banquet events
Act as a hands-on leader, monitoring the quality and pace of service on the floor and assisting where needed
Conduct maintenance and upkeep of JONAS, our point of sale system
Requirements:
Prior serving experience in an upscale dining environment, with a strong track record of progression and growth
General leadership experience
