Job Responsibility:
Coordinate all restaurant operations (FOH/BOH) to ensure maximum efficiency
Supervise shifts, manage inventory needs, and ensure strict compliance with health and safety standards
Monitor financial performance, including revenue reports and cost-control initiatives
Lead staff training and implement operational protocols for long-term success
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in similar role
Bilingual: Professional command of Greek and English
Exceptional leadership and communication skills
Proven understanding of kitchen and floor operations
