Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join the team at BFI Riverfront! With spectacular views of Waterloo Bridge and the Thames, our vibrant BFI Riverfront restaurant and bar is the hottest spot on the Southbank. Salary: £36,000-£38,000 (depending on experience) + Generous service charge. Contract: Full Time / Permanent. 5 day working week. Mixture of shifts with evenings being the busy periods. About the Restaurant Manager role: As Restaurant Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of the restaurant, leading service from the floor and ensuring a consistently high standard of customer experience. You’ll work closely with the General Manager, Assistant General Manager and the Operations Manager to drive operational excellence, team engagement, and commercial performance. You’ll be a hands-on leader with a strong presence on the floor, supporting the team during service, coaching team members in real time, and ensuring smooth and efficient operations throughout the day.

  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and service at all times
  • Deputise for senior management when required
