Job Description:

Restaurant Manager position at Sheraton Fiji Golf & Beach Resort responsible for supervising daily restaurant operations, managing employees, maintaining service and sanitation standards, ensuring guest satisfaction, and overseeing financial performance in restaurant/bar areas.

Job Responsibility:

Supervise daily restaurant operations
Assist with menu planning
Maintain sanitation standards
Assist servers and hosts during peak meal periods
Manage day-to-day operations
Review staffing levels
Lead food and beverage team
Ensure compliance with food & beverage policies and laws
Ensure exceptional customer service
Handle guest problems and complaints
Conduct human resource activities
Provide employee training and development
Oversee financial aspects including purchasing and payment of invoices

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
Understanding of food and beverage policies, standards and procedures
Knowledge of local, state and Federal liquor laws
Food handling and sanitation standards knowledge
Supervisory experience
Leadership and communication skills
