Restaurant Manager

• Leading and managing the daily operations of the restaurant
• Ensuring excellent service standards, smooth workflows, and high guest satisfaction
• Overseeing the restaurant team, managing staffing and schedules
• Monitoring service quality
• Collaborating with kitchen and other departments to deliver an outstanding dining experience
• Preparing and ensuring hotel restaurants are fully ready for daily operations
• Planning, organizing, and supervising all restaurant activities including staff scheduling, operational efficiency, and adherence to hygiene standards
• Leading, motivating, and developing the restaurant team to consistently achieve high performance and service quality
• Conducting regular inspections of restaurant areas to ensure proper setup, ambiance, lighting, and climate conditions prior to service
• Monitoring and coordinating workflows during service periods to guarantee smooth operations and exceptional guest experience
• Reviewing and evaluating food and beverage pricing, providing data-driven recommendations to optimize revenue, competitiveness, and guest value

• High school diploma (SSS)
• Minimum of three years managerial experience in similar positions
• Excellent command of at least two foreign languages, both spoken and written (English and German preferred)
• Creative, motivated, responsible, and communicative individual with strong leadership, organizational, and business management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational abilities
• Experience in team management
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in both English and Croatian
• Must be from a European Union country
