Job Description:

As our Restaurant Manager, you will be guiding a dynamic team of restaurant professionals with one common goal - to create a memorable dining experience for our guests. We expect the Restaurant Manager to be highly visible on the floor, leading service with confidence and ensuring every guest receives a memorable Hutong experience. The role requires strong operational discipline, with a clear focus on service standards, team deployment and smooth day-to-day execution. We are looking for a manager who can coach and motivate the team in real time, setting the tone for professionalism, energy and consistency during every service. Attention to detail, from table presentation to service timing and guest interaction is essential in maintaining our premium brand standards. The ideal Restaurant Manager will be proactive, resilient under pressure and passionate about hospitality, taking full ownership of their shifts and team performance.

Job Responsibility:

  • Must be eligible to live and work in the UK
