Job Responsibility

  • Lead a busy hybrid-service restaurant operation with a strong focus on guest experience and service standards
  • Drive team performance through hands-on leadership, coaching, and development
  • Manage labour, rotas, and staffing to deliver efficient and commercially successful operations
  • Maintain high standards across customer service, food safety, compliance, and daily operations
  • Take ownership of stock control, operational readiness, and service delivery during peak trading periods
  • Support sales growth through strong communication, upselling focus, and commercial awareness
  • Build a positive, accountable, and hospitality-led team culture
  • Managing a team of 2 assistant managers, 2 supervisors and 12-14 casual team members
