BOX Brindleyplace is now on the lookout for a Restaurant Manager to join our amazing team! This role will be known internally as Front of House Manager. Requirements:

  • Previous people management and hospitality experience
  • Experience managing a venue of high volume
  • Ability to understand guest’s needs
  • Desire to deliver and exceed guest expectations
  • Ability to lead and coach a team
  • Good organisation and communication skills
  • Ability to adapt depending on the level of trade
  • Desire to learn, adapt and improve performance through feedback and self-development
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all departments, including Bar and Kitchen
  • Excellent financial acumen
