Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee and direct all restaurant operations
  • achieve sales and profit targets
  • maintain high food quality standards
  • ensure commitment to company standards of excellence
  • set and lead positive shift tone
  • coach, mentor, and train team members
  • manage multiple locations within the DMV market

Requirements:

  • Availability to work at a minimum of three DMV market locations
  • willingness to participate in 10-week hands-on management training program
  • energetic and enthusiastic personality
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum three years' experience managing high-volume, full-service casual dining
  • proven leadership skills
  • ability to coach and mentor staff
  • experience in operations management
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
