As Restaurant Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering exceptional food quality, service standards, and an outstanding guest experience, in line with Restaurant Associates’ values and client expectations at RHS Garden Wisley. You will lead a customer-focused team to consistently deliver a premium dining experience. You will provide clear leadership through effective communication, coaching, and development, ensuring high standards across all areas. With full ownership of the restaurant’s P&L, you will drive profitability, control costs, and maximise revenue. Using booking and reservation systems, you will manage capacity, optimise table planning, and ensure a seamless guest journey. You will also use guest feedback and performance data to support continuous improvement. Working closely with the wider team, including kitchen and senior management, you will ensure strong collaboration and contribute to initiatives that enhance the guest experience and overall business performance.

Requirements:
Proven leadership experience in a high-volume or premium hospitality environment, with the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing team
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing P&L, controlling costs, and driving revenue growth
Confident in using booking and reservation systems to manage capacity, optimise service flow, and enhance the guest experience
Excellent communication and organisational skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with kitchen, senior management, and wider teams to deliver consistent results
