Job Description:

Lead with purpose, creating a culture of collaboration while ensuring service and operational standards are met. Inspire your team to deliver memorable dining moments across our restaurant, in-room dining, and minibar services.

Job Responsibility:

Build strong relationships with associates
Foster collaborative and supportive team environment
Lead team trainings and maintain engagement
Maintain regular presence in daily operations
Ensure service excellence and brand standards
Drive team performance to achieve BSC goals and business targets
Oversee restaurant, in-room dining, and minibar operations
Review staff rosters and monitor productivity
Manage reservation systems and guest correspondence
Resolve enquiries or complaints
Support F&B Manager with planning and executing promotions, events, and initiatives
Step in operationally to support various roles
Communicate clearly with guests, associates, and stakeholders

Requirements:

Previous experience in food and beverage leadership
Preferably in a hotel or high-volume restaurant environment
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Ability to motivate and develop others
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Sound understanding of restaurant operations, reservation systems, and service standards
Proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment
Organised with strong attention to detail
Commitment to delivering results
