Job Responsibility:
Support the team in supervising service teams and shift operations
Assist with menu planning and ensure sanitation and safety standards are met
Lead by example during peak service periods, providing hands-on support to servers and hosts
Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and compliance with local laws and company policies
Manage inventory, staffing levels, and operational budgets to meet financial goals
Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
Coach and train team members to maintain high performance and service standards
