Join our dynamic team as a Restaurant Manager, where you'll play a key role in overseeing daily operations across Pier Dining. This position is ideal for someone passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and developing leadership skills in a fast-paced environment. You'll be hands-on in leading service teams, supporting operational excellence, and developing your leadership capabilities while working closely with senior managers. Job Responsibility:

  • Support the team in supervising service teams and shift operations
  • Assist with menu planning and ensure sanitation and safety standards are met
  • Lead by example during peak service periods, providing hands-on support to servers and hosts
  • Monitor service quality, guest satisfaction, and compliance with local laws and company policies
  • Manage inventory, staffing levels, and operational budgets to meet financial goals
  • Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
  • Coach and train team members to maintain high performance and service standards
