Job Description:

Join White Rabbit Projects as Restaurant Manager – Lead Service and Team Growth at The Alice, Oxford. At White Rabbit Projects, we deliver hospitality experiences that combine style, energy, and exceptional service. At The Alice, the all-day dining restaurant within the iconic Randolph Hotel in Oxford, we serve classic British-inspired dishes in a vibrant, design-led setting. We’re now looking for a hands-on, guest-focused Restaurant Manager to support the Restaurant General Manager in leading the team and ensuring every guest enjoys a truly memorable dining experience.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead the day-to-day operations of The Alice
  • Leading and motivating the front-of-house team during busy shifts
  • Delivering exceptional guest service and maintaining brand standards
  • Overseeing reservations, floor planning, and smooth service execution
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members
  • Handling guest feedback with confidence and professionalism

Requirements:

  • Previous supervisory or management experience in a quality-led hospitality environment
  • Strong leadership skills with a lead-by-example attitude
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • A passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable guest experiences
  • Commercial awareness and the ability to support with KPIs and budgets
