Requirements
2+ years of restaurant management experience
Experience in full-service and upscale dining environments
Knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine programs
Wine knowledge is a must
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
Professional presence with excellent communication skills
High integrity, strong character, and a positive attitude
Energetic, hospitality-driven, and passionate about guest service
Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to lead by example
Nice to have
No more than 5 jobs in the last 10 years
Experience managing labor, food, and beverage costs
Strong training, coaching, and team development experience
Proven ability to drive operational excellence while maintaining a positive culture
