Requirements

  • 2+ years of restaurant management experience
  • Experience in full-service and upscale dining environments
  • Knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine programs
  • Wine knowledge is a must
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • Professional presence with excellent communication skills
  • High integrity, strong character, and a positive attitude
  • Energetic, hospitality-driven, and passionate about guest service
  • Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to lead by example

Nice to have

  • No more than 5 jobs in the last 10 years
  • Experience managing labor, food, and beverage costs
  • Strong training, coaching, and team development experience
