Job Responsibility:
Collaboration with the Food & Beverage Lecturer to support practical training lessons for students
Facilitating food and beverage service during lunch and occasional dinners for guests and clients
Supervising students, empowering them to take ownership of their service and learning experience
Assisting with guest bookings, finance, and cash handling operations behind the scenes
Ensuring consistent application of safe food handling practices and proper documentation
Requirements:
Strong organisational skills and excellent planning abilities
Experience in the food and beverage industry, ideally in a training or educational environment
A collaborative mindset and commitment to fostering a supportive learning atmosphere
Team player through and through to work as part of our extended business service industries team
