We are looking for a Full Time Restaurant Manager to join the team in our Restaurant in Crieff Visitor Centre. Our restaurant boasts an impressive menu serving the highest quality, mouth-watering food using the best local produce and home baking with everything made in-house. Hours are 45 per week over 5 days. All positions include weekend working so flexibility is a must. However we have the added benefit of no evening work and no split shifts. Our Centre is closed on Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Year's Day which means time with the family on these important days.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee set up of the front of house, counters and back of house operation each day ensuring readiness for service
Lead and coach the team in front of house operation to create a welcoming and efficient service for our customers
Drive sales by ensuring staff have detailed knowledge of our menus and creating fabulous counter displays
Ensure our Restaurants operate to the highest of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Standards
Plan staff rotas and holidays within cost control and service level requirements
Monitor and order stock and undertake weekly stock counts to ensure GP target is achieved
Requirements:
Successful and experienced hospitality manager
Ability to manage a large team and significant peaks in service
Friendly, with an engaging personality and a genuine love for customer service
Strong communicator who can motivate and develop their team
Knowledge of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety requirements in the Catering Industry
Commercially aware to achieve sales and profit targets
Passion for delivering the highest quality food and service
