This position prepares the candidate for the Restaurant Manager role. After training, the Restaurant Manager Trainee may be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of a designated Company operated Restaurant for up to 90 days. The position may have partial or full responsibility for the business including people, operations, and financial metrics.
Job Responsibility:
Prepare for Restaurant Manager role
Manage day-to-day operations of restaurant
Provide excellent guest service
Recruit, interview, select, hire, and onboard team members
Maintain clean restaurant environment
Establish build to's and maintain production management system
Ensure food items prepared according to Brand, Company, and health department regulations
Supervise and coach team members
Ensure proper training on Brand and Company standards
Implement new Brand campaigns and conduct new product training
Ensure product quality, food safety, and operational standards
Monitor accuracy of cash, sales, and inventory control records
Complete daily, weekly, and period paperwork
Guarantee safe environment for team members and guests
Ownership for all financial and operational metrics
Conduct team member check-ins and provide feedback
Implement progressive discipline
Requirements:
Minimum of 1-2 years restaurant management experience preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Valid state Driver's License required
Serv Safe Manager certification preferred
Open availability required
Excellent communication skills

Push, pull, lift, and carry up to 10 lbs. frequently and up to 50+ lb. occasionally, including lifting from ground to overhead
