The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading and elevating the breakfast experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna. This leadership role ensures the seamless operation of our breakfast service, embodying the brand’s signature style of gracious hospitality and attention to detail. The Restaurant Manager inspires and develops the team to deliver warm, anticipatory service that consistently exceeds guest expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee all aspects of breakfast service, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the breakfast team to achieve the highest service and performance standards
