The Restaurant Manager is responsible for leading and elevating the breakfast experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Vienna. This leadership role ensures the seamless operation of our breakfast service, embodying the brand’s signature style of gracious hospitality and attention to detail. The Restaurant Manager inspires and develops the team to deliver warm, anticipatory service that consistently exceeds guest expectations.

Job Responsibility:

  • Oversee all aspects of breakfast service, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional guest satisfaction
  • Lead, motivate, and develop the breakfast team to achieve the highest service and performance standards
  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and performance management
  • Partner with the culinary and restaurant teams to maintain menu consistency, product quality, and presentation excellence
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and brand standards at all times
  • Proactively engage with guests to anticipate needs and resolve feedback with professionalism and care
  • Monitor inventory, cost controls, and overall operational efficiency to achieve financial and service goals

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in restaurant or food & beverage management within luxury hospitality, ideally with breakfast or fine dining service
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • A genuine passion for guest satisfaction and service excellence
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with early-morning operations
  • Deep understanding of luxury dining standards and attention to detail
  • Valid working permission for Austria
