Job Description

The AM Restaurant Manager assists the Restaurant Management Team with the direction of all aspects of the Food & Beverage division planning, organizing, control and direct the work of employees in the hotel while ensuring guest satisfaction amongst others. The AM Restaurant Manager takes ownership of the breakfast shift for our team. Works quickly in high-pressure environment and ability to handle multiple tasks at once.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist the Restaurant Management Team with the direction of all aspects of the Food & Beverage division
  • Plan, organize, control and direct the work of employees in the hotel
  • Ensure guest satisfaction
  • Take ownership of the breakfast shift
  • Maintain a strong operational presence across morning meal serving periods
  • Provide leadership, development, support, coaching and constructive feedback for the team

Requirements

  • Thorough knowledge of food and beverage operation
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • At least 5 years in morning breakfast management
  • College degree is preferred
  • Current Illinois Food Handlers Certificate
  • TiPS certified
  • Strong command of the English language
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Passion for customer service
  • US work authorization is required unless candidate is currently in a managerial position at a Four Seasons location
