Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur is looking for a Restaurant Manager – All Day Dining to oversee the daily operations of the hotel’s all-day dining outlet, ensuring exceptional service standards in line with Four Seasons’ luxury brand. This role leads, trains, and inspires the restaurant team to deliver memorable dining experiences while maximizing revenue, maintaining cost efficiency, and upholding the highest levels of quality, hygiene, and guest satisfaction.
Job Responsibility
Manage and oversee all day-to-day operations of the all-day dining restaurant, ensuring seamless service across breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods
Lead, mentor, and develop a diverse team of supervisors, captains, and service staff to maintain excellence in guest service and professionalism
Ensure adherence to Four Seasons service standards, policies, and procedures
Monitor guest satisfaction, handle feedback proactively, and resolve concerns promptly and professionally
Collaborate with the culinary team to design, update, and execute menus that reflect seasonal offerings and market trends
Drive revenue growth through upselling strategies, promotions, and effective table management
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, payroll control, and cost management (food and beverage costs)
Oversee inventory control, procurement, and proper storage of food and beverage items
Ensure compliance with local health, safety, and sanitation regulations
Coordinate with other departments (events, marketing, front office) to support hotel-wide initiatives and special functions
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, ambiance, and overall restaurant presentation
Prepare operational reports and analyze performance metrics to support decision-making
Requirements
Minimum 5–7 years of experience in food and beverage operations, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial role within luxury hotels or upscale restaurants
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and manage multicultural teams
In-depth knowledge of restaurant operations, service standards, and food and beverage trends
Proven ability to manage financials, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization
Excellent guest service skills with a passion for delivering personalized dining experiences
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
Good understanding of local regulatory requirements related to food safety and alcohol service in Malaysia
Proficiency in POS systems and restaurant management software
Diploma or degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by hotel operations
Excellent reading, writing, and oral proficiency in English language
Must be able to speak, read, and write Bahasa Malaysia
Must have the right to work in Malaysia
