Job Description:

F&B Service Expert skilled in wide range of event functions, delivering services to ensure guests' experience is well taken care of from start to finish. Building memorable and unique experiences with food and drinks.

Job Responsibility:

Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
Set tables and event materials
Communicate with the kitchen
Interact and serve guests
Clean work areas and supplies
Follow company safety and security policies
Report maintenance needs and accidents
Maintain clean and professional uniform and appearance
Develop positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality standards

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
Korean Native Speaker
Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Ability to reach overhead and below knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping
Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 pounds without assistance
