Job Description

The Host is the guest's first impression of the restaurant, with knowledge of seating chart, reservation system, menus, and guest preferences.

Job Responsibility

  • Responsible for greeting and seating guests while coordinating guest reservations and responding to inquiries in an efficient, courteous and professional manner to achieve maximum customer satisfaction
  • This position will also be responsible for answering the phones, confirming reservations and making new reservations
  • This position may also respond to inquiries and problems in an efficient, courteous and professional manner
  • This position must be adaptable as they may be asked to work in any of the F&B outlets at the property as needed

Requirements

  • Previous experience in fast paced Food and Beverage environment or related work experience
  • Ability to operate computer equipment
  • This role has direct contact with guests and as such, good communication skills are a necessity
  • Fluency in English is required for this location and this job requires applicants to have current work authorization in the in the United States
  • Must be able to stand for 8 hours

Ability to speak Spanish preferred
