ABOUT THE ROLE – RESTAURANT HOST 30 Hours per Week | Mixed Shifts At Lina Stores, Hospitality is at the heart of everything we do. As a Restaurant Host, you will be the first impression of our brand, creating a warm welcome and delivering an exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure. This is a hands-on role, and we are looking for someone flexible, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. You will manage reservations through SevenRooms, coordinate seating, support smooth service flow, and ensure every guest feels looked after.
Job Responsibility
Managing reservations and optimising table seating using SevenRooms
Greeting guests warmly and delivering outstanding customer service
Supporting day-to-day front-of-house operations
Communicating effectively with the restaurant team to ensure seamless service
Managing guest enquiries, walk-ins, and special requests confidently
Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety and Food Hygiene
Being flexible and actively supporting the operation where needed
Requirements
Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences
Previous experience using SevenRooms or similar reservation platforms
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisation and ability to multitask
Flexible and hands-on approach to service
Positive attitude and commitment to high standards
