We are seeking a dynamic and guest-focused Guest Services & Host (Reservations + Front of House) to support the full guest journey across our restaurants — both from Head Office and onsite at venue level. In this hybrid role, you will manage inbound calls and emails for reservations, respond to guest enquiries, and coordinate bookings from our central reservations team, while also working onsite as a Host to welcome guests, manage arrivals, and ensure a seamless in-venue experience. You will be a key touchpoint in the guest journey — ensuring every interaction, whether online, over the phone, or in person, reflects the warmth, precision, and hospitality standards of Lucas Collective.

Requirements
Experience in hospitality, reservations, guest services, or front of house roles
Experience as a Host, highly regarded
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
A high level of attention to detail with the ability to manage and prioritise multiple booking systems
Confidence working across both digital systems and face-to-face guest interactions
A calm, resilient, and solutions-focused approach in a fast-paced environment
A warm, professional, and guest-first mindset at all times
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to quickly learn new platforms and systems
Availability to work a rotating roster, including weekends, public holidays, and varied shifts
