Four Seasons Resort O’ahu at Ko Olina is looking for a Restaurant General Manager for Noe Italian Restaurant who has a passion for excellence and the spirit of aloha. The Restaurant General Manager reports directly to the Assistant Director Food & Beverage & Director of Food & Beverage; and is responsible for managing the Noe Italian Restaurant as well as oversee daily operations of Manalo Lounge.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the Noe Italian Restaurant
Oversee daily operations of Manalo Lounge
Teach, lead and coach our Restaurant team to successfully achieve five star and five diamond level service consistently
Strong guest engagement skills to effectively develop guest rapport and achieve strong guest comment card scores consistently above benchmark
Excellent cost management skills to meet restaurant outlet budget monthly
Innovative style to drive menu engineering, marketing, social media, entertainment, and restaurant creative
Requirements:
College degree required
3 - 5 years prior experience in restaurant management required
Strong Italian food and wine knowledge required
Italian language skills preferred but not required
Strong systems knowledge using Micros, Hotsos, Avero, Opentable preferred but not required
Nice to have:
