As the #1 leader in our business, the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) holds ultimate accountability for the Restaurant's success. You will be responsible for leading a dynamic team while ensuring exceptional performance in all areas of Restaurant operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the Restaurant consistently delivers excellence in the Team Member Experience, Customer Experience, and Business Growth. The RGM drives a positive work environment, recruiting, training, and mentoring staff to ensure high performance. The role also involves overseeing daily operations to maintain safety, cleanliness, and food quality standards, while ensuring our Team Members follow company policies and procedures. Additionally, the RGM is tasked with achieving key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. They manage financial aspects such as budgets, inventory, and labour costs to optimise efficiency and growth. Ensuring compliance with regulations, addressing customer feedback, and implementing marketing initiatives are also central to this role, with the ultimate goal of driving business success and delivering exceptional Team Member and Customer experiences.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, including profit and loss, labour management, and inventory control
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on Team Member and Customer Experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
