Seeking a service leader to oversee all dining room staff for a Luxury Farm to Table Restaurant/Club in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have impeccable service standards. This is a tremendous opportunity to join one of the best teams in hospitality.
Job Responsibility:
Working the floor during service to communicate, coordinate, and assist in orchestrating all steps of service to ensure that all guests receive impeccable service throughout their experience
Ensure the dining room is set properly, and service pieces are in the correct order/place and maintained
Responsible for the training, scheduling, and growth of the front-of-house staff
Communicate with other departments for exceptional VIP guest experiences
Requirements:
10+ years in a Restaurant General Manager role
Managerial and leadership skills
Exceptional table side service with experience in tasting menus
Ability to work well with a team and related departments
Very strong coaching, team development and mentoring skills
Exceptional skills in hiring, training, and mentoring staff
Nice to have:
Sommelier certification a plus
