Job Description

Seeking a service leader to oversee all dining room staff for a Luxury Farm to Table Restaurant/Club in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have impeccable service standards. This is a tremendous opportunity to join one of the best teams in hospitality.

Job Responsibility

  • Working the floor during service to communicate, coordinate, and assist in orchestrating all steps of service to ensure that all guests receive impeccable service throughout their experience
  • Ensure the dining room is set properly, and service pieces are in the correct order/place and maintained
  • Responsible for the training, scheduling, and growth of the front-of-house staff
  • Communicate with other departments for exceptional VIP guest experiences

Requirements

  • 10+ years in a Restaurant General Manager role
  • Managerial and leadership skills
  • Exceptional table side service with experience in tasting menus
  • Ability to work well with a team and related departments
  • Very strong coaching, team development and mentoring skills
  • Exceptional skills in hiring, training, and mentoring staff

Nice to have

Sommelier certification a plus
