As the #1 leader in our business, the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) holds ultimate accountability for the Restaurant's success. You will be responsible for leading a dynamic team while ensuring exceptional performance in all areas of Restaurant operations. This role requires a hands-on approach to ensure the Restaurant consistently delivers excellence in the Team Member Experience, Customer Experience, and Business Growth.

Requirements:
Proven experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager
Strong understanding of financial performance metrics, including profit and loss, labour management, and inventory control
Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with a focus on Team Member and Customer Experience
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
