Job Description:

Estelle Manor is a rural retreat set on an 85-acre estate in Oxfordshire. The manor has four restaurants, an extraordinary 3,000 sq metre Roman-inspired spa- Eynsham Baths, 108 bedrooms and a gym with class studios and padel courts. Plus, there’s a kids’ club for the little ones and a workspace. We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Floor Manager to join our F&B team in our Japanese restaurant, The Armoury. The on target earning potential for this role is £40,000 per annum based on a 40 hour contract - comprising of a base salary of £32,000 per annum, plus a qualified estimate of £8,000 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this is a projected salary and OTE.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the Restaurant Manager by leading by example
  • Help manage the smooth operational running of service to ensure the restaurant team deliver an exceptional and memorable experience for members and guests
  • Play a key role in training, mentoring and coaching the team, with a high level of organisation and communication

Requirements:

  • Experience in Food and Beverage management within a luxury hotel or premium brand
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to get on with a diverse range of people – you can quickly understand, influence and negotiate, as well as document and explain complex requirements to both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • Experience managing the daily operations, set up, standards, operating procedures
  • Ability to perform under pressure and deliver results to deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills and comfortable talking to colleagues, senior management and being front of house building relationships with our members and guests
  • An enthusiastic team player with a positive mindset and hugely charismatic
  • Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills
